Excellent new location! Very spacious inside.

We just left there and came home. We wanted 2 Specialties : 31° Below Mix-Ins. They said they didn't have them. So we had get one 2 scoop cup of Reese ice cream and one 2 scoop with a brownie. We ended up with 1 small scoop in each cup. We then asked for dough nuts. We wanted 2 Boston cream and 2 glaze. They didn't have glazed. So asked for 2 Jelly filled instead of glazed. Didn't have those either. So we just got 2 extra Boston cream filled. We ended up spending 15.oo dollars on stuff we really didn't want. I will never go there again.

Always out of everything. Not just once in a while but everytime. This time ice cream, strawberry toppings, pineapple toppings, 3 ice creams.

There selection of ice cream sucks. And they only have cotton candy in the summer.

The woman working the front inside counter on august 22 was very unfriendly and this isnt the first time she acts like that

We are in town visiting and have been to this location 4 times in a week and 3/4 times they haven’t had what we’ve ordered! Out of choc dipped waffle cones twice, out of Oreo cookies and creme ice cream once. The girl at the window, Andrea, was there two of the times and she was very sweet and once was embarrassed that they were out. Seems like management is lacking in preparation and ordering. We love BR ice cream and those 4 visits have spent nearly $100!

Pretty much the only ice cream place in the area that isn't soft serve. A three scoop sundae will set you back more than a pint of that popular super premium band out of the grocery. The website isn't very informative, yes there are more than just ice cream cakes, no it isn't drivethru only. The Dunkin' and the BR share the same building and lobby, and there is outdoor unshaded seating.

Had breakfast here. Sausage egg and cheese crescent, hashbrowns and diet soda. Food was hot and fresh. No complaints.

Ordered lrg ice coffee, was watered down. When I called to complain they hung up on me. Would give them zero stars if possible. WILL NOT GO BACK.

Very disappointed in the selection of ice cream. I hated to have to turn around and leave because my son knows he has to watch his sugar intake. I was pretty certain that a chain as large as Baskin Robbins would have a low/no sugar ice cream available to us that cannot have a lot of sugar. Extrememely disappointed in this place today. I really hope that in the future they have low/no sugar as an alternative so we may return..... but thank goodness Weis has a great no sugar ice cream selection. So we still got a treat and a smile.

It has a DD with it donuts baby

Great service but this is the third time in a row that I went in and they didn't have waffle cones made.

Google has this wrong - its a DD/Baskin Robbins combo.They opened about a month ago, but still have staffing issues. Sunday morning at 9 AM, with 4 cars in the drive-thru and 3 people in line, it took nearly 10 minutes to get an iced coffee. Hire more people, only 4 working in the entire store on a weekend is crazy.

Ice cream is good but the ice cream cakes are too expensive..for a small cake we paid $27. Not worth it

How in God's name are you going to charge customers for the apparatus that is required to receive your product in? Does BK or McDonald's charge you for the wrapper that your burger comes in? NO. I was dumbfounded, I go in and take some work colleagues for a nice trip for ice cream only to find out that you are FORCED to pay .25 per cup for each order, in order to have something to put the ice cream into, however that is NOT advertised. Yet you are prohibited from bringing in your own cup if you even wanted to? Pretty terrible practice I feel, and and such will make it a personal crusade to tell as many people possible to avoid this location. How ridiculous! It may seem petty but are they serious?

I've had some trouble ordering cakes here in person, but have absolutely no issue if I order online.

Very friendly. I would only say they need to work on the consistency with the drinks.

How can you not find something here you like? A little pricey, but usually worth it.

I love Baskin Robins...especially the ice cream cakes! I would have given them 5 stars but the staff and managers aren't very friendly. They do not welcome you to their store and act like it's an inconvenience to help you. It wasn't just me, I observed the handful of patrons ahead of me and it was the same. This location would do a hell of a business if the staff would get their attitudes adjusted!

Service here is slow and the owner was very rude to his employees in front of the customers 😔🙄😔🙄
